Transferable Skills Analysis
Transferable Skills Analysis (TSAs) are often used
in the beginning state of vocational counseling to determine
occupations which have similar skill requirements to
those occupations held by an individual in the past.
The Transferable Skills Analysis report provides information
on occupations / occupational groups that may be explored
as possible occupations for that individual to perform
based on their previous skills. This can help save on
expensive retraining costs.
