Occupational Therapy File Management
An Occupational Therapist provides file management
services to assist with monitoring and coordination
of rehabilitation services for insurance claims. The
Occupational Therapist will meet with the individual’s
treating physicians and rehabilitation therapists to
ensure all parties involved are working towards the
same goals. When requested, the Occupational Therapist
will also set-up Independent
Medical Assessments and any other evaluations as
directed by the insurer and the medical team.
